01. Who We Are
Creatix ("we", "us", "our") is an animation and motion design studio. We produce whiteboard, explainer and premium animated videos for businesses, sold as fixed-scope packages that you order and pay for through this website.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website, send us an enquiry, place an order or work with us on a video, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have. 02. Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to answer you, deliver your video and run the studio:
- Enquiries. Your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message when you use our contact form, email us or chat with us on WhatsApp.
- Orders. Your billing name, company, address, email address and phone number, the package and video length you chose, and your order history when you buy through our checkout or create an account.
- Project materials. The briefs, scripts, logos, brand guidelines, product information, images, footage and voice recordings you send us so we can produce your video. These may include personal information about you or other people (for example, someone who appears in your footage).
- Communications. The emails, chat messages, call notes and feedback we exchange during a project, including your comments on scripts, storyboards and drafts.
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit, recorded in our server and security logs.
03. Payment Information
Card and other payment details are entered on, and processed by, the payment provider shown at checkout. They are transmitted securely and are never stored on this website or seen by our team. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, together with limited details such as the payment method and, for cards, the last four digits.
04. How We Use Your Information
- To answer your enquiry and recommend a package, at your request before any contract.
- To process and deliver your order — taking payment, sending confirmations and invoices, running the production milestones and delivering your finished files. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep business records such as invoices, tax and accounting records, and to handle refunds or disputes, as the law requires.
- To protect this website from spam, fraud and abuse, and to keep our systems secure, which is in our legitimate interest.
- To send you studio news only when you have asked for it or the law allows it. Every message includes a simple way to opt out.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
05. Your Project Materials And Videos
Everything you send us for a project is treated as confidential and used only to produce your video. When you share material showing or describing other people, you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us for that purpose.
We never publish your video, or any material you provide, in our portfolio, showreel or social media without your permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time and we will remove the work from the channels we control.
06. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with the people and services that help us run the studio, and only as much as they need:
- Payment providers that process your payment at checkout.
- Hosting, email and file-delivery providers that store this website, deliver our emails and transfer your project files.
- Production collaborators such as voice-over artists, illustrators and sound designers who work on your video under confidentiality obligations.
- WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there; their own privacy policy applies to that service.
- Professional advisers and authorities such as accountants or lawyers, or a public authority when the law requires it.
08. How Long We Keep It
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
- Orders and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Project files are kept for 12 months after final delivery so we can help with re-edits or lost downloads, then deleted unless we agree otherwise.
- Server and security logs are kept for up to 90 days.
09. Security And Transfers
We protect your information with encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, strong passwords and up-to-date software. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
Some of our service providers and collaborators are located in other countries. Where your information is transferred abroad, we use providers that protect it to the standard this policy describes.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email hello@hywiz.com; we will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes And Contact
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and important changes will be highlighted on this website or sent to you by email.
